Peter DeWitt

Lead Pastor

Peter is a husband to Megan, and a father to Peter (III), Andrew, David, William and Evangeline. His background is in education, having served first as a science teacher and later as an assistant principal for his high school. Peter’s wife, Megan, led him to the Lord while they were both in college at Ohio State, a time where Peter mostly rock climbed and sometimes studied! Peter has since enjoyed freedom after freedom in the Lord as he has experienced more and more of God’s great love for him. One of Peter’s passions in life is speaking encouragement to the body of Christ. Whether with a couple in the DeWitt’s living room or from the pulpit, Peter loves to encourage, exhort, and equip his brothers and sisters in Christ!

Derrick Rollins

Worship Leader

Derrick Rollins is dad to Margot, and has been leading worship together with his wife, Erin Rollins longer than they’ve been married. They love to foster an environment where others feel encouraged to give themselves entirely to glorifying the Lord. Derrick enjoys being a full-time user experience designer at OhioHealth creating digital products. In his spare time he also enjoys spending time with family, video games and playing with their mischievous cat, Luka.

Erin Rollins

Worship Leader

Erin Rollins leads worship at Agathos with her husband, Derrick. She loves to create an environment where the Holy Spirit has room to minister to individuals and to the body. Erin is mom to daughter Margot, who loves to color and is becoming just as creative as her parents. She has worked extensively in the live performance industry as a costume designer, and now works as an interior design consultant. She also enjoys reading and gardening.

Kara Mandeville

Children's Church Coordinator

Kara leads the Agathos children’s ministry and is passionate about seeing the kids experience God’s goodness and grow in their knowledge of who He is! Kara enjoys encouraging the children as they routinely share testimonies of His work in their lives, both among their peers and in the main church service. Kara’s passion for children led her to become a grade school teacher until the birth of her first child. Today, Kara is a full-time wife and stay-at-home mom of four. And because having four kids is not enough fun, she also cares for two cats and two dogs (as well as any stray that comes her way).
